These we consider beautiful fleeces with good colour & lustre, yet being tender with a break in the fibre or semi felted means they have been rejected for Spinning
Suitable for a range of craft applications including Needle Craft, Wet Felting & Peg-Loom Weaving
Please also note that although we have skirted the fleeces some vegetation may still remain.
This listing includes a range of options up to 6kg batches which are approximately 2 - 3 Fleeces, and may also include part fleeces
What we have left to offer are:
Mixed Browns (2.4kg) - rich dark browns with sun-kissed tips
Mixed fleeces (4kg or 6kg) - two - three full wool fleeces that include a creamy white, batched together with a dark grey / mixed browns range
All originating from our classic Romney x Shetland Mendip style sheep.
Clean, kemp free, soft and ideal for peg loom weaving, these have plenty of structure and colourful locks to create a range or one big rug that has plenty of stripe options - see photos for details
